As you may be aware, much of the international work that I have done in the past has been on behalf of the American Soybean Association (ASA). At the end September last year, ASA ceased to exist, with the marketing function for US Soybeans having been taken over by the US Soybean Export Council. USSEC – as they are known – has decided to stop market development activities in Europe, Russia, North Africa and West Africa. This means that my trips to these exciting destinations have ended for the moment. |
